Article 11: Outdoor advertisements, placards, galleries, showcases, etc. set up in cities must have healthy content and beautiful appearance, and must be regularly maintained, decorated or dismantled. The installation of large-scale outdoor advertisements must obtain the consent of the city appearance and environmental sanitation administrative department of the city people's government, and go through the approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.

(3) Demolition of environmental sanitation facilities without approval or demolition in accordance with the approved demolition plan.

Article 37: Any building or facility that does not meet the urban appearance standards or environmental sanitation standards shall be ordered by the city appearance and environmental sanitation administrative department of the city people's government in conjunction with the urban planning administrative department to order the relevant units and individuals to Renovation or demolition shall be carried out within a time limit; if the project is not renovated or demolished within the time limit, with the approval of the people's government at or above the county level, the city appearance and environmental sanitation administrative department or the urban planning administrative department of the city people's government shall organize compulsory demolition, and may impose a fine.
