How to paste acrylic billboards on the wall

It’s better not to use tape. The effect of the adhesive tape is not good, and outdoor advertisements are prone to fall off and cause accidents when exposed to the sun and rain. Generally, when we make billboards, we use Weigang structural glue or nail-free adhesive to stick them on the wall. There is absolutely no problem if the billboard lasts for about 10 years.

What materials are needed to make billboards

Square tube frame

Cut the materials according to the size of the billboard to be made, and weld them into a frame. Weld the reinforcing ribs in the frame according to whether the gusset plate is installed horizontally or vertically. (Note that the reinforcing ribs are pre ferably one meter. Weld one, fix the size before welding, use a ruler to pull the diagonal size after welding to confirm the squareness)

Fix the keel

Use self-tapping nails to fix the keel to the square pipe frame Just go up.

Buckle the gusset plate

During formal installation, fasten the gusset plate after welding the square pipe underground, then stick the acrylic words on it and then lift it up and fix it to the wall.

Adhere the advertising words

After all the gusset plates are installed, you can stick the luminous words or iron letters on the gusset plates. Then the billboard is complete.
