2. Clarify the installation sequence:
(1) Drilling: Fix the purchased formed iron letters in the appropriate position, use an electric Kaishen drill to drill: 5MM or 8mm, the spacing is according to the external signboard It depends on the height of the system installation and the production cost. Generally, the center spacing of LEDs is: 10--30 mm. The smaller the spacing, the better the effect and the higher the cost.
(2) Insert lights: Clean the drilled holes and put the lights in one by one.
(3) Wiring: first connect in series and then in parallel to the power supply. This step is difficult. Don’t worry. There are reserved wires for each string. Generally, the red wire is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the black wire is connected to the LED. The negative terminal of the power supply.
(4) Test aging: After connecting all the LEDs, check and deal with those that do not light up, and then perform an aging test for 24 hours.
(5) Sealing: Fix the LED to the iron sheet.
(6) Test again and install.
