1、Urban management door approval requirements

Legal analysis: According to regulations, the following materials need to be submitted for approval of self-employed store door billboards:

1. Store business license or industrial and commercial name 2 copies of the approved font size;

2. 2 copies of the lease contract;

3. 2 copies of the renderings of outdoor billboards (the renderings must be in color, and the door should be photographed when shooting Take photos of about 80CM from top to bottom);

4. Application report (including setting location, release time, content, form, specifications, quantity; in duplicate);

5. 2 copies of the property ownership certificate;

6. 1 copy of the store location map;

Location: Go to the District Urban Management Compre hensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau and apply for store door approval procedures , get the approval form for outdoor advertising. After passing the review, fill out the approval form and go to the Municipal Compre hensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau for approval. The relevant business department will conduct approval within 5 working days, and a facade room decoration approval certificate will be issued after approval.

Legal basis: Article 36 of the "Urban City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Regulations" Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be ordered by the city appearance and environmental sanitation administrative department of the urban people's government or its entrusted unit to stop violating the law. If there is a violation, clean up, dismantle or take other remedial measures within a time limit, and may impose a fine:
