(7) Splicing the acrylic panel and acrylic characters (Note: This process is not required for light boxes with acrylic characters only).

Type of material: The base material of a light box is as important as the foundation of a building. Choosing the correct material means half the battle is won. Flat signboards: It is recommended that all light box signboards made of acrylic sheets and with a height greater than 600 mm should have their lighting parts properly designed and hung from the top. To pre vent the light box from deforming due to its own weight. In order to hang an acrylic light box sign on the top, the acrylic strip must be glued or fixed by other methods on the top edge of the panel and firmly combined with the frame of the light box as a hanging beam. In order to pre vent improper lateral movement of the panel, a positioning screw should be wedged in the center of the top of each acrylic panel, and then fixed in the light box frame to ensure that there is the same amount of thermal expansion in all side directions to pre vent gaps < /p>
Gaps allow light to leak. For light box signs with a height of no more than 600 mm, an acrylic plate of 3 or more mm can be used with a traditional frame structure. If the light box surface requires a high degree of flatness and cannot be deformed due to the weight of the board, it is recommended to use a 5 mm board.
