1. Installation pre cautions

1. Type, quality, color, pattern of the aluminum plate The shape and lines should meet the design requirements, and there should be a product certificate.

2. If the frame of the advertising sign adopts light steel keel, its specifications and shape should meet the design requirements, and rust removal and anti-rust treatment should be carried out.

3. When installing aluminum plates, when the design does not require it, core-pulling aluminum rivets should be used, and a rubber ring must be placed in the middle. The blind rivet spacing should be controlled within 100-150mm.

(1) Laying out the wires

Fix the skeleton and pop the position of the skeleton onto the base layer. The skeleton is fixed on the main structure, and the quality of the main structure is checked before laying out the wires.

(2) Connectors to fix the skeleton

Weld the connectors to the columns of the main structure to fix the skeleton.

(3) Fixed skeleton

The skeleton should be anti-corrosion treated in advance. The installation frame is in accurate position and the combination is firm. After installation, check the centerline, surface elevation, etc. In order to ensure the installation accuracy of the board, it is advisable to use theodolite to penetrate the beams and mullion members. Properly handle deformation joints, settlement joints, variable cross-sections, etc. to ensure that they meet usage requirements.

(4) Installation of aluminum plates

The installation and fixation of aluminum plates must be firm, reliable, simple and easy.

1. The gap between the boards should be processed internally to make it flat and smooth.

2. After the aluminum plate is installed, cover and protect the parts easily contaminated with plastic film or other materials.

If there is a base plate, it is usually tightened from the four sides with ropes. Ordinary small billboards do not have a base plate in the middle. In this case, it is best to use special glue for inkjet printing commonly used on the market. In order to achieve the best viscosity, the following conditions must be met: the billboard should not be too far away from the wall, and the normal distance should be within 1 meter. When bonding, wrap a circle of spray-painted cloth strips around the billboard, double The surface must be fully glued and fixed with 3 seconds glue first. Flattening a picture is a small technical task, and it's best to have someone show you how to do it. First fix the two corners on one side, then on the other side, fix the tightening point on the other two corners, fix the middle, and then the middle of the opposite side. After everything is fixed, if it looks flat, repair it. The pre mise is that every movement must be stretched tightly (except for the first point), and finally it is reinforced.

The outdoor printing fabric is a light box sign fabric composed of two layers of PVC and one layer of high-strength mesh cloth. It is divided into two types: internal lighting and external lighting. Scope of application: indoor and outdoor advertising signs, digital inkjet printing, screen printing, car body awnings, decorative partitions, membrane structures on building ceilings, etc. Width: 1m-3.2m. The material of the inkjet cloth: high-density woven cloth of PP (polypropylene) material, which is the same material as the colorful striped cloth used for wind and rain protection, but the latter is covered with film. Glass fiber should not be used. Glass fiber is generally used in industries such as machine-made asbestos tiles as reinforcement. Inkjet printing cloth generally comes in a roll of 100 meters, and one roll weighs about 100 kilograms. Inkjet printing cloth of different quality levels comes from different raw materials. The thickness of the silk and whether it is high-strength silk are all very important factors. PBC is made in a variety of ways, and the differences in the content of each chemical element will also affect the UV resistance, mildew resistance, and thermal deformation of the inkjet fabric. On the PVC coating, applying an auxiliary transparent acrylic coating is also an option, which can protect the PVC coating.

(2) Installation and construction methods
1. Make connectors according to design requirements. The finished connecting iron parts are galvanized and rust-proofed.
2. Embedded parts are connected by welding. When installing embedded parts, first carefully measure the installation site to determine the center and surrounding positions. Use the same reference line for segmented control. The errors should be adjusted in time and should not be accumulated.
3. Check the vertical and facade position of the wall.
4. Keel installation: The connecting parts are welded and fixed with the embedded parts on the main structure. When there are no embedded iron parts embedded in the main structure, holes can be drilled in the main structure to install expansion bolts and Fasten with connecting iron parts.
Install the skeleton using the welding method. Check the elevation and centerline position at any time during installation. At the same time, the cross-section connecting welds should be treated with anti-rust paint, and the fixed connectors should be covered with hidden inspection records, including the welding of connectors. Seam length, thickness, location, embedding elevation, quantity, and embedding depth.
(3) Installation of aluminum-plastic panels:
First tap and mill the screw holes, and use rivets (or screws) to fix the aluminum-plastic panel facings piece by piece to the steel frame. Above; the gap between the panels should be 10~15mm before injecting silicone weather-resistant sealant; it is strictly forbidden to remove the packaging paper before installing the aluminum panels, and tear off the packaging protective film before completion.
(4). Acrylic character production and construction technology
1. Acrylic characters are divided into three types according to their shapes:
(1) Flat drum (2) Pointed drum character; (3) Round drum character. Other shapes basically evolved from these three types. For example, a pointed drum can evolve into a diamond shape, and a round drum can evolve into an arc shape. However, the shape of the characters will be completely different depending on the choice of tool and the depth of the cutter.
(1) Production and requirements of flat drum characters:
Use copy paper to trace the desired characters on the density board, leaving 5cm on each side, and install them with a manual engraving machine Use the corresponding straight knife to cut out the mold along the outer line of the word (the inner line is taken internally, and the other lines are taken outer). After the mold is cut out, use a file to smooth the mold. Then use a file and sandpaper to grind the sides and corners of the male and female molds of the characters into arc shapes.
It must be smooth and even, and finally smooth with sandpaper. You can also use a computer engraving machine to engrave the mold, add enough height and then smooth the edges and corners.
(2) The production and requirements of the pointed drum characters:
The first step: The production method of the flat drum characters is the same, except that the sides and corners are not ground yet. Arc shape.
The second step: heightening and shaping. According to the size of the characters and the width of the strokes (based on the widest stroke, draw a middle line starting from the second layer to see if the inclination on both sides is a 90-degree right angle, use this angle to position the thickness of the heightening, and then select the appropriate Install a 45-degree bevel knife on a multi-function milling machine, and cut out a sharp drum with the face facing downwards. Use 502 glue or three-second glue to drip glue on each part of the sharp point to make it harder and not damaged during pre ssing. There are no sharp parts in the mold. Those that need to be raised should be raised and those that need to be repaired should be repaired properly. Extra large characters cannot be purchased and can only be made by hand.
(3) Round drum characters. The production and requirements:
The first step: The production method is the same as the flat drum character, except that the sides and corners are not ground into arcs for the time being.
The second step. Step: Heightening and shaping. The thickness of the heightening should be proportional to the size of the characters and the result should be beautiful. The steps are roughly the same as those for making pointed drum characters, except that the cutter is a rounded corner knife.
(5) Installation and construction plan
1. Cut the materials according to the specifications and dimensions confirmed in the design drawings, process the semi-finished products in the factory, and install them on the construction site.
2. Installation. At this time, the font frame should be firmly connected to the aluminum plate of the billboard and the base layer, the lighting circuit should be connected to the reserved circuit pipe, and the lamp tubes should be reasonably distributed according to the design requirements.
3. After installation, clean the surface and protect the finished product. . Alternate movement and segmented delivery to improve efficiency.
