Part of the LED billboard did not light up. It rained after repairing and replacing part of it today. It may have been flooded. When I turned on the power of the billboard at night, all the lights flashed
It should have gone in The water was not dry before starting up, causing the constant current chip of the driver circuit on the LED light board to burn out. LED billboards use many blocks to form glyphs. Some are burned out and some are normal, so some lights will be on.
