How to use 3M glue: 1. The adhesive surface should be cleaned and dried before use to avoid affecting the viscosity of 3M glue. 2. Operators should not touch it directly with their hands during use. Because hands are generally dirty and sweaty, if they come into direct contact with the reed, it will affect the use effect. Pay attention to the area when using 3.3M glue. Generally speaking, the larger the area, the better the effective bonding effect. 4. Temperature is also important. The suitable temperature range of 3M glue is -5 to 25 degrees Celsius. Because for glue, the glue will become soft when the temperature rises. Since the glue has relatively high fluidity, it can stick to the adherend very well. On the contrary, when the temperature is low, the glue will be very hard and not easy to stick to the adherend. Paste, when the operating temperature is lower than this, method one: find a way to increase the operating temperature. If it is not feasible to increase the operating temperature, method two: please apply more pre ssure when pasting the tape (use a scraper to apply pre ssure back and forth), or increase the rest time (leave it for at least 40 hours before moving, and the best time to place the tape is so that the adhesive tape faces up). 5. Double-sided tape is not completely solid. It is flowable like water. When the glue is bonded to the adherend, it is by no means a quick and complete fit. Instead, the glue itself flows slowly and gradually develops into close contact and bonding. , if there is external pre ssure during this period, the time required for close contact can be greatly shortened. Generally, 5KG of pre ssure is required to make the effective adhesion area reach 70-80%.

The steps to stick inkjet painting are as follows:

First, make sure the work area is clean and smooth. Before pasting the inkjet painting, the wall or billboard must be thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, grease and other impurities that may affect adhesion. The wall surface should be kept dry, flat, without bumps or waves to ensure a tight fit and avoid bubbles and wrinkles.

Secondly, pre pare appropriate pasting materials. Choose the appropriate glue or double-sided tape according to the type of inkjet cloth and the characteristics of the pasting surface. Make sure the glue has good viscosity and stretch resistance to meet the pasting needs of the inkjet cloth. At the same time, pre pare the necessary tools, such as a scraper, heat gun or compre ssor, etc., to eliminate wrinkles and bubbles during the pasting process.

Next, start attaching the inkjet cloth. Unfold the spray-painted cloth and initially fix it on the wall with tape or clips to avoid displacement during the pasting process. Then, start from the center of the inkjet cloth and gradually apply it smoothly to all sides. During the pasting process, use a scraper or other tools to gently scrape the inkjet cloth to expel air bubbles and ensure that the inkjet cloth adheres closely to the wall. For large inkjet cloth, you can use the segmented pasting method, first paste one part, then fix and continue to paste the next part, until the entire inkjet cloth is completely pasted.

Finally, check the paste quality and make necessary trims. After pasting is completed, carefully check whether the spray-painted cloth is flat, free of bubbles and wrinkles, and whether it is tightly attached to the wall. If necessary, you can use tools such as a heat gun to heat the area to further eliminate bubbles and wrinkles. At the same time, use a razor blade or scissors to trim away any excess edges of the spray-painted fabric so that it fits perfectly against the wall.

During the process of pasting inkjet printing, you also need to pay attention to the following points:
