2. Clear the installation sequence:

(1) Drilling: Fix the purchased formed iron letters to the appropriate position, and use an electric drill to drill holes: 5MM or 8mm, spacing Depending on the height of the exterior signboard installation and the production cost, the general LED center spacing is: 10-30 mm. The smaller the spacing, the better the effect and the higher the cost.

(2) Insert lights: Clean the drilled holes and put the lights in one by one.

(3) Wiring: first connect in series and then in parallel to the power supply. This step is difficult. Don’t worry. There are reserved wires for each string. Generally, the red wire is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the black wire is connected to the positive pole of the power supply. to the negative pole of the LED dedicated power supply.

(4) Test aging: After connecting all the LEDs, check and deal with those that do not light up, and then perform an aging test for 24 hours.

(5) Sealing: Fix the LED to the iron sheet.

(6) Test again and install.

3. The installation location of the installation vehicle must be selected based on the criteria of stable geological conditions and no harm to the greening; the lifting height should not be too high or too low, and the height of the lifting firmware and installation needs should be adjusted appropriately; use cables The wind rope adjusts the verticality of the column to pre vent personnel from approaching for adjustment, which may cause safety hazards; the theodolite should be used to verify that the verticality of the installation is less than 10mm.

4. Complete the installation of the light frame and other components according to the picture.

5. Foundation review: Before installation, arrange for relevant technical personnel to measure and review the foundation. The inspection content includes: the foundation plane must be flat, without cracks, honeycombs, exposed ribs, etc.; the transverse centerline of the foundation and The longitudinal centerline should be vertical; the basic outline size deviation should not be greater than 20mm.
