Method 1: Log in to WeChat, scan the registration QR code and follow the "Beautiful Shenzhen" public account for immediate processing. Click "Convenient Services" → "First Floor Signboard Registration" → "Online Registration" → Fill out the "First Floor Lintel Signboard Registration Form" → Click "Submit".

Method 2: Log in" Guangdong Government Service Network", search for "First Floor Lintel Signboard Setting Registration" to enter the registration information and submit the registration application.

After the applicant applies for registration on the official account and fills out the registration application form, the urban management departments of each district in the city will review the application information and submit it within 5 working days. The review results will be fed back to the applicant via text message and official account within a short period of time.

After 5 working days from the date of completion of application, the applicant can log in to the "Beautiful Shenzhen" official account and click on "Convenience Services" → "Signboard on the First Floor" Filing" → "Filing Result Query" to query the review results or log in to the "Guangdong Government Service Network" personal center in late October to query the "First Floor Lintel Signboard Filing Notice" electronic license.

After the filing review is successful, the corresponding QR code and filing number will be generated and fed back to the applicant in the form of text messages and official accounts; if the filing review fails, Feedback on modifications will be sent via SMS, and the applicant will make rectifications based on the modification suggestions and re-apply.

Advertising publisher: refers to the unit with the business scope of outdoor advertising publishing.

Advertiser: refers to the advertiser who uses its own venue (excluding rented rooms) for self-promotion
1. "Outdoor Advertising Registration Application Form" in five copies;
2. Photos of the actual scene of the outdoor advertising location in five copies;
3. The proposed outdoor advertising location and panoramic computer of advertising content The drawings must be made in six copies. The owner must sign and agree to the setting opinions on the advertising computer drawing and stamp it with his official seal;
4. A venue use certificate (original) issued by the advertiser;
5. Proof that he is the advertiser. A copy of the "Real Estate Certificate" or the purchase contract (with official seal) of the self-owned property;
6. A copy of the advertiser's "Business License";
Note:< br/> 1. Application for setting up outdoor signboards must be consistent with the name and address in the "Business License"; 2. If the submitted materials are not approved, they will not be returned; 3. Upon review, they meet the regulations. The Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce shall issue an "Outdoor Advertising Registration Certificate", which is the only valid outdoor advertising approval certificate.
Note: Before signing the document and filling in the form, the applicant should read the "Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China", "Outdoor Advertising Registration and Management Regulations" and "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Outdoor Advertising Management Regulations" and other advertising Manage laws and regulations and confirm their rights and obligations. Applicants shall be responsible for the authenticity, validity and legality of the documents and certificates they submit without guarantee. The documents and certificates submitted by the applicant should be originals. If there are special circumstances where originals cannot be submitted, valid copies stamped with the official seal or notarized by the notary department should be submitted. The supporting documents submitted by the applicant should be in sixteenth format. Applicants should fill out the form or sign neatly using a pen, brush, or marker pen. The unit name must be consistent with the business license or advertising license. Outdoor advertisements must be published according to the approved content, specifications, location, and time limit, and the name of the outdoor advertisement publisher and outdoor advertising registration certificate number must be marked in the lower right corner of the advertisement. If an outdoor advertisement is not published within three months after registration, the registration certificate will be withdrawn by the registration management authority. This form shall be made in five copies and shall be filled out by the applicant and submitted to the Approval Office of the Advertising Division of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. The deadline for submitting materials to the joint review meeting is the 15th of each month. Any submissions after the 15th will be postponed to the next meeting for discussion.
